East Avenue

The Tudors at 1475 East Avenue

With the completion of the Medical Arts Building in 2007, Flower City Development picked up the pace on another historic preservation project located at 1475 East Avenue. Formally known as the Todd Estate, this historic East Avenue property was converted from single family residence into 13 one bedroom apartments when the Billone family purchased this property. In addition the area behind the mansion was utilized as a parking lot which was overgrown with weeds. Flower City Development began the process of developing a "Cluster Subdivision". "Another opportunity to develop a unique living experience in the City of Rochester" states John Billone Jr. Although the approval process was long and difficult, today there exists' four new single family homes behind the original mansion at 1475 East Avenue with two additional building lots. The original main home has been reconverted to three luxurious condominiums ranging in square footage from 2,700 to 3,800 square feet. Prices range from $585,000 to $698,000.
